Criteria for Applicants

The Relevium Foundation adheres to stringent qualification criteria and a thorough vetting process in selecting candidates most in need of temporary rent relief.  To determine if you are a valid candidate for temporary rent relief from our charitable organization, please review the following qualification criteria:

General Guidelines

  • Applicant must be of legal age, eighteen (18) years and over.
    • A copy of a Valid Government issued ID is required.
  • No Felony convictions within the last 3 years.

Rental Requirements

  • Applicant must be a current resident of a property managed by a licensed landlord or property management company.
  • Applicant must be a resident at property for at least 6 months
  • Applicant must have proof of timely rent payment history prior to hardship.
  • Applicant must receive a positive reference from landlord.
  • Late rent payments must not exceed three (3) instances
  • Rent delinquency must not exceed two (2) months (i.e. you must not owe greater than 2 months of rent)

Application Requirements

  • Applicant must complete the full application on Relevium Foundation website.
  • Applicant must submit all necessary supporting documents and files, including video, as described in the application process, in order to be considered.

Applicant Must Show Physical Proof of Event:

Job Loss or Termination

Job loss or termination of employment, in combination with current unemployment papers.

Deceased Family Member

Death of financially-contributing family member, which may include father, husband, mother, wife, son, daughter, or guardian.

Sudden Medical Debt

Medical bills for immediate family member also listed as current resident of property.

Other Event

Any other sudden and unexpected form of hardship that makes it difficult to temporarily pay rent
