Relevium was founded by members of the Single-Family Rental Industry who have experience managing thousands of homes across the country. We take pride in the fact that we are able to provide families with a safe, secure, and loving environment to raise their children. Unfortunately, hardships are a reality of life, and many families are just one hardship away from eviction and losing the basic human necessity of a home. So many are facing the vicious cycle of poverty and are desperately looking for some form of relief. We felt more needed to be done to combat the financial struggles that residents of rental properties face during these times of hardship. Relevium is our solution to this problem!

The Board of Members govern the program, sets policy, and establishes priorities for Relevium Foundation. All are well-versed in the challenges and requirements of renting a home and maintaining financial responsibilities, and every single member is passionate about helping people overcome adversity.
Our Founder - Andy Capps
Andy Capps is the CEO and Co-Founder of RESICAP and has managed more than 23,000 SFR homes across 34 states in his career. He was named Auburn University’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2019 and EY Entrepreneur of the Year for Real Estate and Construction SE in 2018.
